USA-Bot Execution Service Latency Issue

  • We have resolved an incident that caused high latency and delayed automated responses in our Bot Execution Service.

    Impact: Between 12:25 UTC and 14:02 UTC, users may have experienced slower-than-usual bot replies.

    Resolution: System performance has been restored after implementing corrective actions and optimizing service resources. The service has been fully restored and is now operating normally.
