    We are conducting a scheduled maintenance activity in the R2-JKT region as part of our commitment to providing stable and reliable services.

    Activity Highlights:

    • Purpose: To set up additional clusters to enhance stability and availability.

    • Activity Date: 20th July 2025

    • Activity Hours: 1 AM JKT - 7 AM JKT

    • Expected Impact: ⏳ A downtime of approximately 6hrs.

    Action Required:

    The new clusters will retain the same IPs, so no additional whitelisting is required. However, to ensure uninterrupted service during this activity, we kindly request you to verify that these existing IPs are still whitelisted:

    While Microsoft continues to investigate and work on a resolution for the underlying issue in their Speech-to-Text (STT) service, we have implemented a temporary workaround on our end to mitigate the impact.

    Post-deployment, we have closely monitored the system and verified that STT is now functioning as expected, with transcription capturing correctly.

    We are actively working with Microsoft to resolve the ongoing issue affecting our voice systems. The problem appears to stem from a failure in their Speech-to-Text (STT) service.

    The issue has been escalated internally within Microsoft, and their product and engineering teams are now actively investigating. We are closely monitoring the situation and will continue to provide timely updates as we learn more.

Users may face issues with audio transcription or call processing features that rely on Speech-to-Text (STT) capabilities.Our preliminary investigation indicates that this may be due to a failure in the STT services provided by our upstream provider, Microsoft.     We will be performing a scheduled UI deployment for the Inbox module on Thursday, June 12th, 2025 at 12:00 AM IST. The activity is expected to last approximately 30 minutes, during which there may be a temporary downtime of up to 30 minutes.

    Impact:
    During this time, people may face a degraded experience while accessing the Inbox Module.


    Workaround:
    If access to these modules is critical during this time, users can temporarily switch to beta.yellow.ai. The beta environment uses production data and will remain fully functional during the migration. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
