    We are conducting a scheduled maintenance activity in the R2-JKT region as part of our commitment to providing stable and reliable services.

    Activity Highlights:

    • Purpose: To set up additional clusters to enhance stability and availability.

    • Activity Date: 20th July 2025

    • Activity Hours: 1 AM JKT - 7 AM JKT

    • Expected Impact: ⏳ A downtime of approximately 6hrs.

USA Region Voice System Outage

    The issue impacting our voice systems due to a failure in Microsoft’s Speech-to-Text (STT) service has now been fully resolved.

    Microsoft identified a faulty update as the root cause and has successfully rolled back the changes. Since the rollback, STT services have stabilized, and we are no longer observing any related failures.

    Our systems are functioning normally, and we will continue to monitor for any anomalies. Thank you for your patience and cooperation throughout this incident.
