The activity is expected to last approximately 30 minutes, during which there may be a temporary downtime of up to 30 minutes.

Impact:
 During the maintenance window, the following modules may be unavailable:

• User 360

• Engage

• Extensions (Integrations)

• Settings (Channels)

Workaround:
 If access to these modules is critical during this time, users can temporarily switch to beta.yellow.ai. The beta environment uses production data and will remain fully functional during the migration.
